Human Resource Objectives - the main objective for this department is to make sure the business is managing its employees in the most effective way.

Without Clear objectives:

• Problems can arise from lack of the right skills to do certain tasks
• Demotivated employees from unhappiness
• A business can lose the ability to do certain jobs if the only employees with that skill leave

How Human Resources achieve their objective:

• Recruit new employees to bring new skills to the business
• Manage any problems the employees have e.g an argument with a colleague
• Train existing employees to bring in new skills
